Practice 1: Balance, Core & Alignment
A beautiful, grounding practice focused on building physical stability, calming the mind, and exploring breathwork. This practice blends mindful movement with both seated and standing options to support all levels.
- Week 1: Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) – Exploring the solar plexus chakra with Anjali mudra. (Affirmation: I shine with the light of the sun)
- Week 2: Finding Centre – Balance, movements, mindful activities, setting intentions, and heartfelt breathing techniques.
- Week 3: Twist & Release – Balance, twists, box breathing, plus mindful activities.
- Week 4: On Holiday Monday 13th July / Friday 17th July
- Week 5: Reconnecting – Balance, movement, mindful activities, setting intentions, and heartfelt breathing techniques.
- Week 6: Deepening the Practice – Balance, twists, box breathing, plus mindful activities.
- Week 7: Studio Warriors – Warriors seated and standing with the soothing bee breath.
Investment: A 6-week program costs £50 [£8.33p] and pay as you go is £10.
Practice 2: Foundations & Heart Opening
Perfect for those looking to return to basics or deepen their body awareness. This practice focuses heavily on structural alignment, releasing deep-seated tension in the hips, and opening the heart space.
- Week 1: Solar Foundations – Sun Salutation/Surya Namaskar. Exploring the solar plexus chakra with anjali mudra. (Affirmation: I shine with the light of the sun)
- Week 2: Back to Basics – Back to basic and alignment practice.
- Week 3: Prop-Supported Practice – Practice with blocks and cushions.
- Week 4: Holiday 13th July / 17th July
- Week 5: Hip & Sacral Opening – Exploring heart and hip opening in this practice, along with sacral chakra and lotus mudra. Breathing diaphragmatic breathing/Ujjayi breath. (Affirmation: I am open to love)
- Week 6: Heart & Balance – Exploring heart and balance supported with heart chakra hridaya mudra and box breathing. (Affirmation: I am a powerful force of loving energy)
- Week 7: Mind-Body Integration – Starting the practice by setting our intentions. A sequence of movements to balance the body and mind, twist to support spine health, hip openers to release tension, and a guided meditation.
Investment: Payments: £50 for 6 weeks or £10 pay as you go.
Practice 3: Aqua Yoga / Nidra Meditation
A deeply therapeutic pool-based practice combined with supreme mental relaxation. This unique practice utilises water resistance to support joint health and arthritis, paired with immersive, restorative Yoga Nidra guided meditations.
- Week 1: Summer Solstice – Start the practice with a Summer Solstice Nidra guided meditation (lasts 30 mins), then enter into the pool for a beautiful Sun Salutation practice.
- Week 2: Stability & Peace – Embody Stability and peace guided nidra meditation, exploring strength, grounding and stability in the aqua Yoga practice.
- Week 3: The Peaceful Warrior – Journey to a place called peace guided nidra meditation, exploring warriors and planks using noodles that are provided.
- Week 4: Holiday 13th July / 17th July
- Week 5: The Healing Mirror Lake – Forgiveness and love at the healing mirror lake guided nidra meditation, with a heart opening practice with the use of noodles.
- Week 6: Miraculous Spirit – Relax into your miraculous spirit with supported movements for arthritis.
- Week 7: The Jungle Oracle – Visit a jungle oracle for intuitive insight, with a practice to support lower back and joint problems. The nidra guided meditation will help you to deeply relax, then start the aqua yoga practice that will last for 20 mins.
